* No purchases can be done until initial payment is received.

* No refunds & returns are allowed after payments & purchases have been completed

* We charge 1000KRW = 1USD. All prices are given and received in USD.

* We have the right to refuse service.

By sending payment, you agree to be bound by such terms; usage is subject to the MyKShopper terms of use.

 

How we operate:

* A $5 non-refundable deposit is charged first to confirm serious first-time buyers and will be used towards our time to discuss and research on requested items.                                                                                                     

- If you choose to proceed with the order, the $5 deposit will be accounted for and you do not need to pay this deposit again for your future orders.                                                                                                       

- If you choose NOT to proceed with the order, we will keep the $5 deposit but it can be used for when you want to do a future order.    

Shopping Service Fee will be based on cost of items and/or the amount of shopping effort.

* General Guidelines for the Shopping Service Fee:        

1. We find what is 20-30% of the items' total price.

2. We take that number and weigh it based on shopping effort as well as size and quantity of item(s).

3. For certain situations, we also take into account the time it took to get the items (eg. waiting in line, searching at multiple locations etc.)

* After finalizing the items, the 1st bill is sent to pay for cost of item(s) along with the total shopping service fee.                                                                                                      

* If you want to add on items AFTER sending the 1st payment, there will be additional fees along with longer waiting time to complete your order. (Additional Fansite orders are excluded from this rule.)                                                                                                           

                                                                                                                  

* After all items have been obtained, a 2nd bill is sent to pay for shipping, packing, and acquired 3rd party service fees.                                                                                                         

- If a requested item could not be obtained (eg. sold out), we will refund the cost of item(s) but total shopping service fee will not be partially refunded.                                                                                                      

* Once 2nd payment has been received, we will ship out the package on our designated shipping days.

SPECIAL RULES:

• No batteries of any kind can be shipped via airplane. (We must remove them from the item before shipment.)

• Items that have a spray nozzle, perfumes, electronic devices, and/or any item with built-in batteries need to be consulted with us first.

• Shipping Fee will be provided at the end when all items have been obtained and weighed. Early estimations can be given, but price is not final and subject to change.

• We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items once it has been shipped. We do our best to pack it securely and we provide picture proofs before shipment.

• Please let us know beforehand of any special packing requests.

• Depending on our personal schedules, please allow up to 7 days for our response on your order request.

• All personal information obtained or given are confidential and will not be distributed or used without permission from either party.

• We are not a wholesale business and cannot service large business orders. Individual purchases will incur service fees.

• We do not accept requests to do Bunjang transactions and with any secondhand sellers.

• We are able to order from Fansites, but no refunds can be given once we pay the Fansite.

• Fansite refunds are only possible if the Fansite master gives us a refund for whatever reason they may have.

• We can help send money via Korean Bank Transfer where the item DOES NOT come to our business address. These will incur a 15% service fee before we can do the transfer (no deposit is necessary).

• We are not responsible for what happens to the Korean Bank Transfer payments. Please make personal effort that the 3rd party seller is trustworthy before proceeding to pay them. MyKShopper does not assume responsibility for 3rd party merchants.

• Items that require us to wait in line will incur waiting fees. (Please contact us for additional details.)

2nd invoice  -  Step 6  -  After purchase(s) 2nd bill for shipping, packing, and acquired 3rd party fees is sent.
Shipping  -  Step 7  -  Completion of payment package will be shipped.

Entire Agreement                                                                                                               

Except as provided herein, the terms and conditions of this Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous agreements and understanding, whether oral or written, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of this agreement.
